READ IMPORTANT NOTE: duping only works on non-player owned characters, so if you are stealing from a player, the dupe will not work, however if you steal from the area where they spawn, they will be duped.

AFTER duping the item you can place one of the items, upgrade it (to level 30 for example) and then pick it back up, and you will have duped level 30 characters (search your inventory for them if needed)
