You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age.

• It is prohibited to upload content that is abusive, offensive, or illegal.
• Duplicated content or plagiarism is not allowed.
• Misleading content that misrepresents the actual nature of the script is strictly prohibited.
• Uploading scripts with malicious intent is strictly prohibited.
• We do not allow the upload of low-quality scripts without useful functionality.
• Once a script or comment is deleted, it is impossible to restore. Ensure your uploads align with our guidelines.
• Only verified creators are permitted to post scripts that are behind a paywall. Verified creators must mark their paid scripts as "paid" using the designated option in the upload panel.
• Creators are required to include a disclaimer in the description detailing what user data is being logged or collected by the script.
• The content within the script tab must exclusively be a Lua script that can be directly executed. Any other content, including offsite links or advertisements, is strictly prohibited.
• Users are strictly prohibited from uploading cracks, leaks, or any unauthorized distribution of intellectual property belonging to other creators.

• Harassment, racism, hate speech, doxxing, or any harmful activities targeting others are strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to damage our website (DDoS attacks, botting, exploiting security gaps) will result in severe penalties.
• Spamming comments or bypassing character length restrictions is prohibited.
• Users are not allowed to include prohibited links or advertisements except in post descriptions.
• Users are expected to responsibly use markdown features without including explicit, malicious, or inappropriate content.
• Offsite links violating our terms, including links to NSFW content, are not allowed.

• Users are solely responsible for their actions on our platform.
• We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates our terms.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• We may modify or update these terms at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to stay informed.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to account deletion or temporary/permanent ban. We may take legal action against those who engage in malicious activities on our platform.
