miso soup dev skin

automatically checks if your a killer or not to make you miso soup. this does not have the custom stun-cooldown shield animation. also pls use pursuer as this doesnt check if your pursuer or not. thanks. !!! THE MISO SOUP SKIN IS CLIENTSIDED BUT THE ANIMATIONS ARE SERVERSIDED !!!
